Frequently manicurist interrupt their client’s service to answer calls because they cannot afford to hire a dedicated receptionist — leaving clients feeling unattended to. In addition language barriers often lead to miscommunications between the manicurist and client, which can be solved with a translation messaging function to bridge the language gap.  To reduce no-show loses clients will also be reminded about upcoming appointments and hassle-free rescheduling. With quick messaging links manicurist can inform clients when they are running behind schedule, allowing their next client more time to arrive without having to wait long. Invoicing, tipping and payments at the touch of a button will simplify book keeping and help clients pay without the chance of ruining a nail.

Service providers are in control of their schedule.Through the Haut Nails app clients will be automatically informed about vacation and sick days and will be prompted to reschedule. Service providers can also quickly view their schedule and message clients as needed.

Marcie Gonzalez a is busy working mother in her 30s that needs a break after a long week of work and attending to her family.  She is so busy that she often needs to book an appointment last minute when she finally notices she may have a few hours to herself and does not want the hassle of calling to see if someone is immediately available, nor does she want to sit and wait for someone to become available at the salon she prefers. She wants to find a skilled manicurist that offers unique services for beautiful nails. She has a spending budget in mind and likes to receive loyalty rewards.

  3. Next send your 11:30 AM appointment an invoice using the quick message feature from the home page

  4. Under the menu select settings and add a photo to the portfolio from your album

TASK 2
  1. Start from the beginning by clicking on the link to the prototype again

  2. Create a NEW ACCOUNT as a CLIENT

  3. From the HOME page do a search for a manicure in Glendale

  4. Look at the map to select May Nguyen

  5. Next review May Nguyen's information

  6. From ABOUT select 10:00 AM and then cancel the action
